Community health services can empower people to be participants in their own health, leading to greater independence and increased quality of life. Where possible, SEEDS aims to work within existing healthcare systems, working to inform people about the health services that they are entitled to and support them to access these services. Where appropriate, complementary prevention and educational health services are also provided.
